The strength of the hook assembly will directly affect the work safety of the electric hoist. Before the hook is put into use, the test load value should be checked first. The domestic standards for the inspection of the hook generally use 1.25 times or 1.5 times the rated load as the test load. When the load is removed, the hook opening degree increases. It should not exceed 0.25% of the original opening degree, and the hook can reliably support 1.25 times the rated load without falling off. The international standard ISO and most countries take a load with a residual deformation rate of 0.25%.
