Before the slings are put in the warehouse, the management department should organize the inspections at the factory and collect and check the valid identification and identity of the slings, which include:
1. Sling information: product inspection certificate, factory batch, date of shipment, operating temperature range, and maintenance and maintenance instructions; At the same time, provide the national or industrial standard number for design specifications and testing requirements of the sling. 100% non-destructive inspection report must be provided for slings with a metal structure above 35t.
2. Identification on the sling body: Clear manufacturer's mark, strength level, specification model, unique identification serial number, rated working load, force direction and force point. The logo should be obvious, concise and not easy to wear. However, the location and scope of the user's marking on the sling should be authorized in writing by the manufacturer to prevent any impact on the body of the sling.
