Steel Rail Lifting Clamp
Gostern Steel Rail Lifting Clamp is engineered for the safe and efficient handling of steel rails in railway construction, maintenance, and industrial applications. The clamp features a mechanical self-locking mechanism that grips tighter as the load increases, ensuring secure engagement with the rail head throughout the lifting operation. The automatic open/close device enables quick attachment and release, improving operational efficiency and safety.
Manufactured from high-strength carbon steel with a painted or galvanized finish, this clamp is built for durability and long service life. It is compatible with a wide range of rail profiles, including 6kg to 60kg rails and CR73K to CR101K rails, with a jaw opening of 20-100mm. The compact and lightweight design makes it easy to handle and position, even in confined spaces.

Important Usage Guidelines:
Always use at least two clamps for lifting long rails to ensure stability

1.Hanging beam
The hanging beam is a part connected with the crane hook, which has three kinds of structures: the lifting ring shackle connection, the lifting cable connection and the lifting lug connection.
2.Connecting rod
The connecting rod is the connecting part of the hanging beam and the clamp arm.
3.Opening and closing mechanism
Lifting and closing mechanism has manual lifting rod type, (automatic) double hook type, (automatic) single hook type, (automatic) turn lock type and other forms.
4.Synchronizer
Synchronizer is a device that guarantees the synchronizing action of clamping arms.
5.The clamp arm
The clamp arm is the main force increasing part of the fixture, through which the billet is clamped up.
6.The plate
Strut is the support of billet fixture.The support plate is supported on the upper surface of the billet to ensure the smooth operation of the lifting and closing mechanism of the billet fixture.
7.Jaw
The forceps teeth have the structure of pin shaft connection, dovetail connection and groove insertion.The clamp tooth is the main part in direct contact with the billet, which determines the reliability of the billet clamping device.
