A mechanical self-tightening mechanism makes this 1 ton rail clamp grip tighter as the load increases, so engagement with the rail head stays secure throughout the lift. This automatic rail lifting clamp is compatible with a wide range of rail profiles — 6 kg to 60 kg rails and CR73K to CR101K sections — through a 20-100 mm jaw opening that covers the common rail head sizes instead of a single profile. It is manufactured from high-strength carbon steel (Q355B) and supplied painted or galvanized for durability and corrosion resistance. The compact, lightweight design (5-8 kg depending on model) makes the clamp easy to handle and position, even in confined spaces, and it is widely used for railway construction, track renewal, crane rail installation and industrial rail handling.

On the track itself the same clamp serves as a rail lifter for crane rail and heavy rail sections during replacement and realignment.
