Introduction of beam clamp :
Hanger: a frame used to suspend a workpiece and cause an electric current to the workpiece in electroplating and related operations.
Forms of the beam clamp:
There are lots of forms of hanging, there is general purpose that can apply a few kinds of common parts to be lifted, also have the hang tool that is special for large quantities of parts.For the complex geometry of the plating, some should be equipped with an auxiliary anode, auxiliary cathode or shielding plate.
Feasures:
1. Conform to ANSI/ASME safety standard.
2. Can be easy with threaded handle.
3. Clamp jaw is designed to reduce flange stress by distributing from I-beam flange edge.
4. Fit a wide range of flange width and beams.
5. Suspension bar provides lower headroom.
Optional Extra:
1. Can be supplied with shackle.
2. Specially design with faltened,reinforced jaws.
