G80 Alloy Steel Lifting Chain
Gostern G80 Alloy Steel Black Lifting Chain is made of premium alloy steel material with high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and durable black coated finish. It is heat treated and strictly tested to meet EN818-2 Grade 80 Chain and GB/T 20946 Alloy Steel Chain standards, with stable performance and safe load capacity.
This Grade 80 Black Hoist Chain features black coating for corrosion resistance, wear resistant structure and high strength, widely used as Black Coated Lifting Chain in overhead cranes, as Wear Resistant G80 Chain in foundries and steel mills, and as Heavy Duty Black Lifting Chain for port and construction lifting. Available in 10mm Alloy Steel Lifting Chain, 13mm, 16mm and other custom sizes, it is the ideal choice for G80 Alloy Steel Black Lifting Chain and Overhead Crane Hoist Chain applications.

Remark
1. Overweight operations are strictly prohibited
2. The chain is not allowed to be knotted or twisted during use
3. The length of the chain rigging can be adjusted with a special adjuster
4. Do not load with the tip of the hook
5. The normal working temperature of chain rigging is -40 ℃ to 200 ℃
6. Starting from + 200 ℃, the lifting capacity is reduced to 90%
7. 300% began to improve capacity to 75%
8. Not recommended after 400 ℃
