DIN 5685 C Long Link Chain
Gostern 304 Stainless Steel DIN 5685 C Long Link Chain is manufactured from premium AISI 304 stainless steel material with excellent corrosion resistance, highly polished surface finish and welded long link construction. This chain complies with DIN 5685 Form C standards, with chain links averaging 1.5 times longer than standard chain links -1-8.
This DIN 5685 C Long Link Chain features Form C (long link) configuration for reduced weight and cost while maintaining strength, 304 stainless steel construction for superior atmospheric corrosion resistance -8, widely used as Marine Grade Stainless Chain in boat accessories and dock applications, as Corrosion Resistant Welded Chain in industrial and architectural settings, and as Decorative Stainless Chain for railings and barriers. Available in 8mm DIN 5685 Stainless Steel Chain, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm and other custom sizes -2, it is the ideal choice for 304 Stainless Steel DIN 5685 C Long Link Chain and Non Lifting Welded Chain applications.
Important Note: DIN 5685 chains are NOT tested for strength as lifting devices and MUST NOT be used for overhead lifting, load bearing, or static suspension of loads -6-9. The recommended maximum load in the specification table is a calculated value; chains are not proof tested.
