Mining Chain Round Steel Link Chain

Gostern Mining Round Steel Link Chain is manufactured from special high-strength alloy steel with high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and superior fatigue performance. It is electrically welded, heat treated and calibrated to meet DIN 22252 and ISO 610 standards for use in underground mining applications. Available in sizes from 14mm to 48mm with Grade B, C and D options, this chain is widely used in face conveyors (AFC), stage loaders, coal ploughs, bucket elevators, and other mining equipment. The chain features high precision calibrated links for smooth sprocket engagement and extended service life.

Mining Chain Round Steel Link Chain

This DIN 22252 Round Steel Chain features high precision calibrated links for smooth sprocket engagement, Grade C/D strength options, widely used as Face Conveyor Chain in AFC systems, as Scraper Conveyor Chain for material transport, as Coal Plough Chain for winning equipment, and as Stage Loader Chain for gate end transfer. Available in 30mm Mining Conveyor Chain, 14mm, 18mm, 19mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 34mm, 38mm, 42mm, 48mm and other standard sizes, it is the ideal choice for Mining Round Steel Link Chain and High Strength Alloy Steel Chain applications.

Important Note: Mining chains conforming to DIN 22252 or ISO 610 are NOT designed for lifting appliances such as cranes and slings, and MUST NOT be used as load handling devices under DIN 15003. These chains are specifically engineered for chain conveyors, bucket elevators, and winning equipment in mining operations.
