Manual Chain Block Hoist
Hand chain block hoist (also called chain block, or manual chain hoist ) is durable and easy to operate. Compact design and low headroom allow installation in combined areas. The heat-treated spur gear is efficiently designed to provide smooth load handling and low-hand chain pull. Reinforced double pawl brake system and larger diameter pawl springs ensure reliable brake. All the hand chain pulley blocks are individually tested at 150% of the rated capacity. Features lightweight, high-strength grade 80 alloy steel load chain, galvanized pull chain, and cast steel upper and lower hooks with safety latches.

The HSC Series Chain Block is designed with a transmission mechanism of symmetrically arranged two-stop spur gears.
The main principle of operation is as follows: On pulling the hand chain, the hand wheel rotates in a clockwise direction, presses the friction plates and ratchet disc tightly against the brake seat, and causes these parts to rotate in unison, the driving gear shaft turns the disk gear, pinion shaft and spline gear to rotate hence the load chain sprocket which is mounted on the splined gear actuates the load chain to lift (or pull)the load smoothly and stably.
The brake used is a ratchet disc with a set of single-acting friction plates.
It holds up on the load, and the pawl is meshed with the ratchet disc by the force of the spring, thus ensuring the brake works safely.
Remark:
1. Check the structure: Before use, check whether the structure and connections of the hoist are intact to ensure safe use.
2. Keep space: Make sure there is enough safe space around you to avoid bumping into other people or objects.
3. Maintain balance: During use, pay attention to maintaining your own stability and balance to prevent falling or injury.
4. Choose a suitable place: Pay attention to the terrain and flatness of the road and avoid using hoists in inappropriate places.
5. Control the pulling force: When pulling the hoist, maintain a steady force to avoid excessive pulling force causing the hoist to lose control.
6. Protect the operating area: Keep hands or other body parts away from the hoist's operating range to prevent injury.
7. Storage environment: After use, the gourd should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid long-term exposure to moisture or high temperature.
8. Regular inspection: Check all parts of the hoist regularly. If any damage or wear is found, repair or replace it in time.
9. Observe the instructions for use: Strictly comply with the instructions and operating procedures of the hand chain hoist to avoid accidents caused by illegal use.
10. Handling abnormal situations: If any abnormal situation or malfunction occurs during use, stop using it immediately and contact professionals for handling.
