Gostern Hatch Cover Chain is manufactured from high strength alloy steel materials (20Mn2, 20MnV) with excellent tensile strength, wear resistance and superior corrosion protection. It is precision welded and strictly tested to meet marine industry standards, with stable performance and reliable load capacity for ship hatch cover systems .
This Marine Hatch Chain features hot dip galvanized surface treatment for enhanced seawater resistance, compatible with rolling and tipping hatch covers, widely used as Rolling Hatch Cover Chain for connecting individual cover panels, as High Strength Galvanized Chain in hydraulic hatch operating systems, and as Hatch Cover Hydraulic Chain for controlled opening and closing operations. Available in 11mm Hot Dip Galvanized Hatch Chain, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 30mm and other custom sizes, it is the ideal choice for Hatch Cover Chain and Waterproof Hatch Cover Chain applications.
