Installation & Maintenance Guide

Installation:

Open: Remove the safety pin and loosen the quick-release bolt to swing the side plate open.
Insert: Place the wire rope directly into the groove of the sheave.
Close: Swing the side plate back into position and secure it tightly with the bolt and pin. Ensure the lock is fully engaged before applying load.
Attach: Secure the hook to a stable anchor point. Ensure the safety latch is closed.

Maintenance:

Inspect: Before each use, inspect for cracks, wear, deformation, or corrosion. Never exceed WLL.
Lubrication: Lubricate regularly via the grease fittings to ensure smooth rotation of the bearings/bushings and extend their service life.
